With the goal to become a \u201cglobal protein company,\u201d Brown is targeting parity with the larger protein companies, which are generating upwards of $40 billion in revenues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a ubiquitous presence we\u2019re most after\u2014that you can go into a McDonald\u2019s and get a Beyond product, or KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and it is seamless for people who want to transition toward a plant-based meat,\u201d Brown said.\u00a0 \u201cWe have to make the product indistinguishable from animal protein.
