It has created Biomolecule 1, a pioneering product that has a similar taste and texture to meat; combining molecules and natural elements that are added to the plant-based protein&#8217;s fermentation process.<\/p>\n<p>Seara Alimentos president Joanita Karoleski told Food Navigator Latam: &#8220;The world is constantly changing. Today there is a new way for everything and with food it&#8217;s no different.
