This shipment signals the growing demand for plant-based meat alternatives in Europe and the surge in the country&#8217;s exports as a plant-based provider.<\/p>\n<p>India\u2019s agrarian economy and diversity of indigenous crops mean that the country is ideally placed to be \u201cthe epicenter for the global smart protein ecosystem,&#8221; states BVeg Foods.<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/gfi-india.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/gfi_economic_analysis.pdf\">Smart Protein Economic Analysis<\/a>, the export potential of India for plant-based meat in 2030 ranges from INR 2,194 crore (USD 278 million) to INR 6,824 crore (USD 864 million).&nbsp;<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This economic analysis is a collaboration between GFI India and Deloitte India to assess the potential impact of alt protein on India&#8217;s economy. And <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.vegconom.de\/usa\/company-news\/greenest-vegan-products-indias-first-alt-protein-export-united-states\/\">GREENEST Foods shipped<\/a> 5,000 kg encompassing&nbsp;samosas, momos, spring rolls, nuggets, and grilled patties to the United States last year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>India&#8217;s largest manufacturer<\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Established in 2019, BVeg Foods offers a <a href=\"https:\/\/dev.vegconom.de\/usa\/interviews\/bveg-foods-one-stop-shop-solution-for-plant-based-meats\/\">&#8220;one-stop&#8221; solution for plant-based meats<\/a>, including NPD, manufacturing, packaging, and labeling. The company<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&nbsp;operates the country&#8217;s largest dedicated plant-based meat facility, which can produce 4000Mt annually.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit\">Last year, the company invested in an industrial-scale European twin-screw high moisture extrusion system for plant-based meat <\/span><a style=\"font-size: inherit\" href=\"https:\/\/dev.vegconom.de\/usa\/manufacturing-technology\/bveg-foods-and-buhler\/\">made by B\u00fchler<\/a><span style=\"font-size: inherit\"> to accelerate innovations.
