It can host three companies simultaneously, each in separate suites, encouraging collaboration and innovation without the burden of CAPEX investments. Sallea recently secured <a href=\"https:\/\/cultivated-x.com\/investments-finance\/women-led-startup-sallea-2-6m-plant-based-scaffolds-cultivated-meat-whole-cuts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">$2.6 million in pre-seed funding<\/a>, emphasizing Switzerland&#8217;s favorable food tech environment.<\/p>\n<p>The day ended with a keynote by Ira van Eelen, co-founder of RESPECTfarms and a Cellulaire Agricultuur Nederland board member. Ira van Eelen shared her experiences with <a href=\"https:\/\/cultivated-x.com\/meat\/meatable-history-first-company-hold-cultivated-meat-tasting-eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cultivated meat tastings<\/a> and RESPECTfarms&#8217; work with the Swiss Farmers&#8217; Union to explore <a href=\"https:\/\/cultivated-x.com\/meat\/respectfarms-cultivated-meat-agriculture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new business models<\/a> that benefit all stakeholders across the value chain.<\/p>\n<p>Christina Senn-Jakobsen, CEO of Swiss Food &amp; Nutrition Valley, concluded, &#8220;Collaboration is at the heart of progress.
