Enifer Raises €36M for Mycoprotein Facility Producing “The Missing Ingredient for a Sustainable Food Chain”
Finland’s Enifer has secured enough funding to begin the construction of a mycoprotein facility that will upcycle food industry sidestreams into fungi-based protein ingredients.
